The site can be visited at any time and there's an adjoining carpark.

In addition the mill is open to the public whenever we're working on it
 and on other occasions as outlined in the table below:

The project to restore the mill is ongoing, and run by volunteers, and as the COVID lockdown is lifted, the team would be delighted to once again receive visitors and show them round the mill during their working parties (Sundays as below):

Chinnor Windmill will be open to the public with presentations on the mills history and restoration, along with many other mills across the country.

Group visits
We can also open the mill at other times and arrange visits for specific for groups- for example we have done tours for yr 1,2,3 & 4 schoolchildren, a brownie pack, a U3A group (University of the third age), Thame Rotary, Chinnor Photographic club and home-schooled children. 

We also have some regular visitors/residents!

Facilities
There are no toilet or refreshment facilities at the windmill itself, but the adjoining White's Field Community Hall and the White's windmill cafe may be open: see their website for details of opening times, menus etc
